Billing
What do I actually pay for?
Your payment is a fee for the evaluation programme and the services around it. It is not a deposit, it is not investment capital, and it is not held on your behalf.
Can I buy a challenge before creating an account?
Yes. Enter your email at checkout and we create your account as part of the purchase. You choose a password afterwards from your dashboard.
General
What is NOVE Funding?
NOVE Funding runs simulated trading evaluations. Traders who meet the published objectives gain access to a simulated funded account and earn a share of the simulated performance as a performance reward. NOVE is not a broker and does not accept trading deposits.
Is the capital real?
Evaluation and funded-stage accounts are simulated. Performance rewards are calculated from simulated trading performance and paid in real money according to the published reward split.
How do I secure my account?
Turn on two-factor authentication from Settings, keep your platform password private, and never share your account with anyone. Account management by third parties is prohibited.
Payouts
When can I request a payout?
Payout timing depends on your programme and starts from your first funded-stage trade. Your exact cycle, minimum amount and reward split are shown on your payout page.
Do I need to complete KYC?
Yes. Identity verification must be complete before your first payout is released.
Can I choose how often I get paid?
Yes. Before your first funded-stage trade you choose a reward cycle for the account from the cycles your programme offers. Each cycle publishes its own split, minimum and conditions, and the choice is locked once you start trading.
Can I use my reward to buy a new challenge?
Yes. When you request a reward you can pay for a new evaluation directly from it. Any remainder is sent to your chosen reward method.
Platform
Which platform will I trade on?
NOVE is built to run on Match-Trader. Platform access details appear on your account page once your account is provisioned.
Programmes
How does NOVE Flex work?
You pay a small access fee to start. If you pass the evaluation, the activation fee becomes payable before your funded account is opened. If you do not pass, nothing further is owed.
Is there a time limit?
NOVE Classic, One and Flex have no time limit. The Free Trial runs for 14 days. All accounts are subject to the inactivity rule published in your account's rule snapshot.
What are add-ons?
Optional extras chosen at checkout, such as a swap-free account. Their price and effect are shown before you pay and recorded on your order.
Can I merge two funded accounts?
Funded accounts on the same programme can be merged into one on request. Merging is permanent; the primary account keeps its reward cycle and platform.
Is there a limit to how much simulated capital I can hold?
Yes. All of your active accounts share one maximum allocation, shown at checkout. Competition accounts do not count towards it.
Rules
What is the Best Day rule?
On programmes where it applies, your single best profitable day must not exceed the published share of your total profit from profitable days. Failing it does not close your account: you simply keep trading until the ratio comes within range.
What happens if I breach a rule?
The account closes and the reason, the exact metric and the timestamp are recorded on your account page. Where resets are available for your programme, you can purchase one.
Can I reset a breached account?
If your programme allows resets, a discounted reset is offered on the account page for a limited number of days after the breach. The reset keeps the same programme and size.
Is news trading allowed?
During evaluations you may hold trades through news. On funded accounts, trades opened or closed inside the published window around restricted high-impact events have their profit deducted unless they were opened well in advance. The dashboard calendar is the only official source.
What is the striking system?
On programmes that use it, risking more than the published share of your account on one trade idea records a strike. The first is a warning, the second halves your split, the third reduces it to 20% and the fourth closes the account. Strikes never reset.
