Max allocation: all active accounts share one cap shown at checkout.

Merging: request to merge two funded accounts on the same programme from the Accounts page; the team confirms and the merge is permanent.

Resets: a breached account can be reset at a discount for a limited window; the discount depends on the phase you were in.
