What is a hard breach?

The rules that close an account and how to see exactly why.

A hard breach closes the account immediately: daily loss floor, maximum loss floor, the inactivity rule, a time limit on timed programmes, or the fourth strike on programmes with the striking system.

The account page shows the rule, the threshold, the observed figure and the timestamp. Where resets are enabled, a discounted reset is offered for a limited window after the breach.
